Where it’s been, where it’s headed, and who’s building it.

Talline sits in the Summit West Neighborhood District of NW Bend, on one of the last large parcels left on Bend’s Westside, minutes from Shevlin Park and NW Crossing. It’s being built out in two recorded phases by a group of individually selected Bend builders, not a single production builder.

Where things stand

Deschutes County records show Talline platted in two stages so far: “Talline Phases 1 and 2,” the original 48-lot release along Waymaker Court, Polarstar Avenue, Polarstar Court, and Nordic Avenue, and “Talline Phase 3,” a newer 33-lot release along Skyline Ranch Road and the west end of Nordic Avenue. A future mixed-use village and additional phases are planned but not yet platted, so they aren’t shown on the map below. Confirm current build-out status with Tiffany before assuming any later phase is available.

Every lot below is a real, individually mapped taxlot pulled from Deschutes County GIS parcel records, not an approximation, colored by its recorded phase. The highlighted lot on Polarstar Court is 3000 NW Polarstar Court Lot 25, a home Tiffany represented, built by Structure Development NW and closed in July 2026.

3000 NW Polarstar Court Lot 25 is a real closed transaction, not a staged example: a 2,588 sq ft prairie-style home built by Structure Development NW, closed July 2026 for $1,560,000. It sits in the original Phases 1 and 2 release, on the east side of the neighborhood shown in yellow above.

Who’s building Talline

Talline uses a group of established, individually selected Bend builders rather than one production builder or a closed Guild, which is part of why the streetscape has real variety rather than one repeated floor plan.
