Talline is one of the last large parcels on Bend’s Westside, and rather than handing the whole neighborhood to one production builder, the developer brought in a group of established Bend builders to build it out. That means more variety street to street than a single-builder subdivision, and it also means it’s worth knowing who is actually building here before you tour a home. This list reflects the partner builders confirmed active in Talline as of this update.

What to know about buying new construction in Talline

• Talline uses a group of partner builders rather than a single production builder, so floor plans, pricing, and finish levels vary meaningfully by builder.
• The neighborhood is still building out, so construction activity and traffic near active lots should be expected for the near term.
