Your wish list above gets rebuilt into a detailed breakdown from your Buyer Profile answers. Light, sight lines, rear privacy, garage, style, HOA comfort level. It becomes the filter every home gets measured against.

Tour Weekend
We start at my office space at Stellar Realty Northwest with maps, neighborhood printouts, and drinks ready. Saturday is the neighborhood tour. Sunday is the deep dive if a few homes earn a second look.

I am a second-generation broker. My father has been a builder and broker since 1974, and I grew up walking job sites with him. That foundation in construction and development means I see how a home is built, what the numbers behind the walls actually mean, and how to protect my clients when it counts.
After 16 years in the SF Bay Area market, I relocated to Bend and built my business in NW Bend: Discovery West, NW Crossing, Summit West, Shevlin West. And I live the life here. On any given morning you will find me on a paddleboard, out on the trails, or biking with my kids.
