Shevlin West is tucked into the trees on the far Westside, where the streets run out and Shevlin Park begins. It is one of the area's newer-construction neighborhoods, built by a handful of Bend builders, so floor plans and finishes feel current. You are about a mile from NW Crossing for coffee, dinner, and the Saturday market, roughly three miles from downtown, and you can be on the Tumalo Creek trails in minutes. If you want newer and you want the park out your door, this is the pocket.
