Discovery West is a 245-acre neighborhood developed by NWX2 LLC, with Brooks Resources Corporation as Managing Member, with Tennant Developments as a co-development partner. Development began in 2016 and is currently underway on phases 7 and 8 of 13, with roughly 780 homes planned at build-out. Every home is a custom build by a builder approved as part of the Discovery West Builders Guild.
