Terrane, The Mews at Discovery Corner
Terrane is a collection of 12 duplex “Mews” residences built by Terrane, LLC at Discovery Corner, the walkable commercial hub inside Discovery West. Terrane is not a member of the Discovery West Builders Guild that builds custom homes on individual lots elsewhere in the neighborhood. It is a standalone infill project with its own architecture and two set floorplans, positioned around a shared central common space and pedestrian greenway with direct access to the shops and gathering spaces at Discovery Corner.
Two floorplans
Each Mews duplex comes in one of two layouts. Both are built to Earth Advantage certification standards and are solar-ready, and both include a generous rooftop deck that is pre-wired for a hot tub.
SOLO
Primary suite on the main level, with two additional bedrooms upstairs.
DUO
A ground-level accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in place of the main-level primary suite. The ADU has its own separate entrance, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and parking area, so it can work as a rental, a home office, or space for extended family.
