Here is where things really start moving. Now that we have met and Aaron is in motion on pre-approval, we shift into finding the right home.

Based on our conversation and what you shared, I am pulling together the areas and properties I think are the strongest fit for you.

Home Tours

Every showing is intentional. I will walk each home with you and point out what the photos miss and what the numbers need to look like for the deal to work.

Stage 3

In Escrow

Once your offer is accepted, you will receive a link to your personal transaction hub. It tracks every step from offer through close — inspections, due diligence, appraisal, final walkthrough, and closing day. Everything in one place, updated in real time.

Stage 4

Move In and Beyond

Closing day is not the end of our work together. You will get a trusted local vendor list and check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days. I stay in your corner as you settle into Bend life.
